Miquel Pique Casamajor, known in the art world as Steven, was born in Barcelona in 1958. He started in engineering but never finished. In 1980 he moved to Douglas on the Isle of Man but returned to Barcelona in 1982, he then started to work in the studio of Casanova Montagud, achieving a high artistic level. In 1984 in decided to move to Scotland where he found inspiration for his current work.
