Jonathan Wheeler is a watercolour artist based in the Scottish Highlands. Jonathan is constantly inspired by majestic landscapes, he captures the magic & beauty of Scotland and the United Kingdom.
Jonathan Wheeler was born in Lancashire in 1958. His radical change of career from Oxford-trained physicist to Scottish-based watercolour artist began 12 years ago when he settled in the Highlands of Scotland with his wife Marilza. Jonathan captures the magnificence of the Scottish countryside and its heritage in glorious colour, using his very vivid and personal artistic interpretation.
